Refund policy

To request a return, log into your account at account.starleadwear.com

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label. We do not accept exchanges of any kind.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.

If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item.

Please allow 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process. We will will email you after return has been processed to confirm what has been done.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Final Sale Items (Exceptions / non-returnable items)
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

We do not accept returns for the following items:

  • Intimates

  • Face masks
  • Beauty
  • Sale Items
  • Gift Cards


Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges of any kind.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Order Cancellations

An order cannot be canceled if it's already in processing status or shipped.

An order can usually be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, but it is not guaranteed. Contact us at rocket@starleadwear.com to notify us that you want to cancel your order. Please note the warehouse works as quickly as possible to get you your items, so the grace period is brief.

If your order cannot be canceled, be sure to initiate a return for any unwanted items once you've receive your package within 7 business days.
