Domestic Shipping Policy

US products: 5 - 7 business days

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges and delivery estimates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout and are based on weight, dimensions and destination of the order.

Where We Ship To
Customers within the United States and U.S. territories
Including P.O. Boxes.
All US Military bases, APO/FPO
Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands.

Starlead Wear does not currently ship to customers outside the United States at this time.

Shipping speed is one of our top priorities and therefore, we will only officially expand shipping to other regions besides the United States when we can guarantee the shipping time.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Starlead Wear is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).

Shipping Carrier Delays
Starlead Wear is not responsible for any delays in shipping due to customs, shipping carrier issues, weather, natural disasters, or any other unforeseen circumstances once the order has shipped.

Damages
Starlead Wear is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Return to Sender or Undeliverable Packages
Per USPS/UPS/FedEx, returned packages due to incorrect addresses or undeliverable locations can take up to 30 days or more to be sent back to the sender.

To avoid long wait times and potential manual errors, any package that is returned to Starlead Wear or has tracking status "return to sender" or "undeliverable" will automatically be refunded.

Missing or Stolen Shipments
Starlead Wear is not responsible for any items/packages lost in transit or that have been tracked and delivered.
